Green Media Toolshed offers an Image Management System that features more than 5,000 images that you can use in your press outreach, on your website and in your newsletters. Members can use the searchable database to find one or two photos or create a gallery of photos specific to your issue or event. Security features allow you to set a password to download images or give public access. Members can also set up their own private and public photo galleries accessible through the online press room and campaign tools mentioned above. Members can even provide a photo donation feature so that volunteers, members and visitors can easily share their digital images.

The highest priority identified by our potential users was an accurate list of media contacts. Green Media Toolshed provides a searchable online media database. The media database is a complete collection of more than 350,000 media contacts and 80,000 outlets throughout the United States. The database has phone numbers, fax numbers, email addresses, pitching information, the beat(s) the reporter covers and a variety of information on the media outlet. The national media database is offered via a powerful web service. It allows users not only to broadcast fax and email, but also allows them to track their work done in the system as well as link news opportunities and events to specific contacts or outlets. In addition, it allows them to change and add information about media contacts or outlets.
